Association meetings are normally held at Trinity Church, London Road, High Wycombe. But we also hold events at other venues during the year.
We also give details here of other beekeeping events which are being held, at the moment most of these will be online, but those from this summer onwards will hopefully be actual rather than virtual.

|11th July||Apiary Open Day, an opportunity to meet the bees and our beekeepers, small groups will be shown around the apiary by an experienced beekeeper, a hive will be opened and you can see the bees at close quarters, suits and gloves will be provided. Cancelled due to covid restrictions|

|8th August||Members Extraction Day, We extract the Association honey, members will be able to see and take part in the extraction with experienced members providing tuition and support.|
|14th August||Taster Day – we host a full day teaching and practical session for prospective beekeepers, the morning is spent learning some of the theory and the afternoon session takes place at our apiary where you suit up and handle bees.|
|26th August||Bucks County Show, the Bucks County will have a stand manned by members of the four associations, where you can learn about honey bees and see bees in an observation hive.|
|9th October||HWBKA Honey Show – Venue to be confirmed, members can submit their entries for judging, more details will be given nearer the time.|
|21st – 23rd October||National Honey Show, will be held at Sandown Park National Honey Show|
